SolveDet (Novasolventia Services Private Limited) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights regarding your data.
01Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use our forms, including your name, email address, mobile number, business name, PAN, GSTIN, GST filing data, credit-bureau data, and any financial details relevant to your enquiry. We also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited through standard web analytics.
02How We Use Your Information
We use your information to prepare your indicative credit profile and advise you, to connect you with appropriate lenders where you ask us to, to contact you about your enquiry, and — only where you have separately opted in — to send you insights, updates and offers. We also use it to improve our services and to comply with our legal obligations.
03Information Sharing
We share your information with lending institutions (banks, NBFCs, HFCs) only to the extent necessary to process an application, and only with institutions you are matched with and agree to. We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregated, anonymised data for research and reporting.
04Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and storage on secure servers located in India. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if an issue arises (see Breach Notification below).
05Data Retention
We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations: · Credit-profile, KYC and financial data (PAN, GSTIN, GST filings, credit-bureau data) and the related consent records: retained for 5 years from your last interaction with us, consistent with financial record-keeping norms under PMLA and RBI KYC guidance, after which it is deleted or anonymised. · Consultation / lead and contact data (name, mobile, email, message): retained for 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. · Marketing preferences and opt-out (suppression) records: retained for as long as needed to honour your choices. · Website analytics data: retained per our analytics provider's standard period. By submitting your information you consent to us retaining it for these periods for the stated purposes. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, subject to any retention we are legally required to maintain.
06Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or update it, and to ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw any consent (including marketing and DND-override consent) at any time — withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and does not affect processing already carried out. To make any of these requests, email our Grievance Officer at grievance@solvedet.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent needed to deliver a service may mean we can no longer provide that service.

We will also report the breach to the Data Protection Board of India as required, including a detailed follow-up report within the timelines set by law. We maintain an internal log of all breaches and our response.
