The role

You build and lead SolveDet's network of financial advisors. You manage a team of four Partner Relationship Managers, expand the advisor base across your region, and ensure the partner channel delivers a consistent flow of quality cases. This is a build-and-lead role, not a maintenance one.

What you'll do

  • Build and lead a team of four Partner Relationship Managers
  • Set and drive the advisor-acquisition and activation strategy for your region
  • Cultivate senior relationships with financial advisors and intermediary firms
  • Own channel targets: number of active advisors, case volume, and quality
  • Coach RMs and develop the next layer of the partner organisation

Who we're looking for

  • 6–10 years in channel/partner sales, distribution, or SME lending, with team-leadership experience
  • A strong existing network among financial advisors and intermediaries
  • Proven ability to build a channel from a small base
  • Credible with senior advisors; fluent in the language of SME credit
