The role

You own SolveDet's direct sales engine and the S.E.N.S.E-driven acquisition of SME clients. You lead the Direct Sales team (10), turn campaign leads into qualified credit profiles and advisory engagements, and keep conversion and quality high. You set the standard for how SolveDet sounds to a business owner.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of ~10 Direct Sales Executives
  • Work alongside the team in the field, accompanying them on S.E.N.S.E engagements with SME owners
  • Own the S.E.N.S.E-driven funnel: inbound response times, outbound discipline, profile-to-advisory conversion
  • Monitor quality and uphold our consultative, no-mis-selling standard
  • Track and report on pipeline, conversion, and team performance
  • Hire, onboard, and develop the team as the engine scales

Who we're looking for

  • 5–8 years in sales, with 2+ years leading a direct, inside, or tele-sales team
  • Background in SME finance, lending, or financial services strongly preferred
  • A builder of people — coaching and process come naturally to you
  • Data-driven; you live in the numbers and act on them
