The role
You are the face of SolveDet to our network of financial advisors who bring SME clients to us. You onboard them, build trust, and ensure a steady flow of quality cases. This is a relationship role first and a sales role second. You won't do it alone — we provide extensive training, and our proprietary SCET tool is a big enabler that does the heavy lifting on credit evaluation.
What you'll do
- Identify, onboard, and activate financial advisors across your assigned territory
- Build long-term relationships with financial advisors in the SME ecosystem
- Guide advisors through our intake and documentation process so cases come in clean
- Be the advisor's single point of contact — responsive, knowledgeable, dependable
- Hit activation and case-flow targets while protecting case quality
Who we're looking for
- 1–3 years in channel sales, indirect lending distribution, FMCG distribution, direct sales at a credit rating company, or pharma distribution
- Comfortable in the field and willing to learn the language of SME credit (we'll train you)
- A relationship-builder, not a one-time closer
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi/Gujarati a plus for the Mumbai SME belt
