The role

You lead the legal function at SolveDet. You resolve legal questions on mortgage proposals, manage relationships with our vendors and service partners on the legal side, and own internal legal matters and litigation.

What you'll do

• Resolve legal queries arising in mortgage and secured-lending proposals
• Manage legal relationships with vendors and service partners
• Own internal legal matters, contracts, and litigation
• Keep the practice's legal posture sound as we grow

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years of legal experience in BFSI (banking / financial services)
• A qualified lawyer preferred; a non-lawyer with strong, relevant BFSI legal experience will also be considered
• Sound judgement on mortgage and secured-lending documentation
• Able to work independently and advise the founder directly
