Digital Marketing Head

The role

You own SolveDet's entire marketing function — a one-person department to begin with, and the mandate to build it. You run our digital presence end to end: Google Ads, Meta, influencer partnerships, and everything in between.

What you'll do

• Own and run the full marketing function across channels
• Plan and manage performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
• Build and manage influencer- and partnership-led marketing
• Track, measure, and optimise spend against quality lead generation
• Shape the brand's voice and presence as the practice grows

Who we're looking for

• A proven track record running digital marketing across Google, Meta, and influencer channels
• A hands-on operator comfortable owning the function solo
• Strong on performance metrics and lead quality, not just reach
• Experience marketing financial or SME-facing services a plus
