Credit Operations Lead (SCET)

The role

You are the sole owner of SCET operations — SolveDet's proprietary credit-scoring engine. You evaluate the engine's output to make sure every credit assessment is sound, run quality checks on the loan proposals going out to lenders, and work directly with the CEO to sharpen the data that powers S.E.N.S.E. For the first six months you review SCET's output regularly, until it is consistently reliable; after that you move to structured random checks.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day SCET operations end to end
• Validate SCET's scoring output — regular review for the first six months, random sampling thereafter
• Run health checks on loan proposals before they reach lenders, catching errors and inconsistencies
• Work closely with the CEO on S.E.N.S.E data optimisation
• Flag patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities back into the scoring logic

Who we're looking for

• A fresh Chartered Accountant (recently qualified)
• Strong grasp of financial statements, credit, and ratios (DSCR, FOIR, EBITDA and the like)
• Sharp eye for detail; comfortable owning a process solo and being accountable for quality
• Keen to work closely with the founder on how SolveDet evaluates credit
